Well, I think I am gonna start a blog about my cooking "experiments". I have been doing a lot of searches on the internet for various dishes I have been wanting to try. So this is the initial start of my blog and I will share my ideas as they are developed! I hope I have some that will follow this blog, get ideas and share their ideas with me.
